  • What should I expect during the free consultation

    During the initial consultation you will have an opportunity to tour the training studio and we will discuss your goals, health and fitness history, and any limitations or restrictions you might have.  Lastly, we will review recommended training plans and options that would best suit your needs.  

  • How much does training cost?

    Standard sessions start at $75.  Specific package options will be outlined for you during your consultation.

  • How often do I need to schedule training sessions?

    There is no set or required frequency, it all comes down to your specific needs.  However, most clients schedule training sessions 1 to 3 times per week, and others choose to come in monthly to quarterly for consulting and testin.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit cards, PayPal, check or cash.

  • I own workout equipment. Would you come to my home to do sessions?

    Yes, possibly!  It would depend primarily on where you live and how frequently you are requesting.  (Keep in mind that there is a premium on session cost for this type of in-home service.)

  • How long are sessions?

    Sessions are available in both standard 30-minute or extended 50-minute formats. 

  • Will I have access to my workouts and testing data?

    Included with any of the Personal Training Monthly Plan packages is a free subscription to the mobile app service that Nate uses for his Online Personal Training.   Here you have complete access to all your workout data and body stats in a convenient mobile online app account.

  • Can you do Body Fat % and other testing?

    Yes.  Nate can perform 2 types of body fat percent testing: skinfold calipers and bioelectrical impedance.


    Also, depending on your goals a variety of other testing may be done including: blood pressure, resting heart rate, strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.

  • Can you help with nutrition/meals?

    Yes!  Nate is a Certified Nutrition Coach and is able to work with you on developing healthy eating habits.  Additionally, the mobile training app integrates in your caloric/macronutrient targets and associated meal plan for convenient tracking.
